This was intended for a present. The package not only arrive three weeks late, it is also used and dirty, with part of the bottle contents missing, and the free samples were never included. This is the worse experience ever. Horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MACYS.

Poor customer service

This rating is based on the frustrating customer service experience I had attempting to change the delivery address. Immediately after placing the order online I realized I had the wrong ship to address to my home instead of my son's address - intended to be received by Father's Day. I first used the Chat, engaged with AI who connected my with a real person who informed me that she couldn't verify my identity so I had to call, which I did and waited for more than 30 minutes for someone to answer. I was told I needed to submit address change request within 30 minutes of the order, and when I complained the rep put me on hold and eventually told me she would change the shipping address. It took an hour but at least I was satisfied the issue was resolved. The order was delivered to my address 3 days later! I had to mail it from the post office at a cost of $15 and my son still hasn't received it so I can't review the product as of yet. Very frustrating.
