Opened refillable pouch

I love this moisturizer but I am so disappointed because the refillable pouch was opened! Macys is no longer selling this online so I can’t even get this replaced. So upset!

Best moisturizer I have ever used!

I started using this as I noticed I really need a heavier moisturizer in the evenings as I approach 60. What I didn't realize is that it would actually help clear my skin! My skin barrier was damaged and overstripped due to over exfoliation and that broke my out terribly. This stuff absolutely has been a game changer and now I layer it with my tretinoin in the evenings. It's better than anything I have tried from any other company and I have purchased it in varying sizes for nearly a year. The improvement in my skin and breakouts is amazing. I think I have always overstripped to prevent breakouts and have recently realized what I really needed was to protect the skin barrier and this does exactly that! I love it!
