Package could've been better

I was super excited about getting this car seat. Will it finally arrive and the first thing I notice the box wasn't even taped enough to keep the box closed during transportation, and to ice the cake you would think that the car seat would at least be packaged correctly (No), as soon as I open it the cover of the car seat was coming off and there was no plastic covering/securing the car seat 😑. I'll be returning the car seat back to Macy
