Beautiful but….

The earrings were beautiful and I received compliments on them the only time I wore them. But unfortunately when I took them off that evening the stones had broken off of the gold hoop on 1 side.

Not what I received!!!

I ordered blue - light in color . What I received was dark blue on bottom stone. Returning. Why can't I trust Macy to fulfill my ordered correctly??? Worst employees in any retailer I've ever known.
