Not as advertised

Conflicting information in the description. In cart, it indicates a pack of three; but I only received two. Love the concept of trays with handles, but the bottoms have to be assembled so not a solid bottom. I thought I read the dividers are plastic, but they’re cardboard. The color is not in the description. I prefer the traditional red/green for Christmas storage - these are blue. One pack was ripped open, and since I’m debating returning, I don’t know if all the pieces are included. I’m waiting on others I ordered to see how they compare. For the price, I thought they’d be better.
