What the....

I purchased this for my granddaughter, 13yrs old, who lives in another state. She stated that when she opened the box there was this white powder that came out and got all over her which scared her. I don't know what the powder was or why it was inside the box. This was supposed to be a surprise gift but turned into a frightening experience for her and my daughter. It doesn't appear to have been anything dangerous but how would they have known that. I've never had any issues in purchasing from Macys before but im not sure after this if I will ever purchase again from you. On the bright side the bracelet was beautiful on her and she likes it very much.
