Hotel collection bath mat

The color showing in your website is not the color I received. The one I received was a very dark gray not the light gray that was depicted. Now I am going to have to find a replacement. The quality is great just the color is totally wrong.

Quality is good, color is different than previous

Rug quality is great, color seems to be a blue grey which is different than the last time I bought them. I think they will fade a bit which will work better with my tile but not the same color I was expecting.

Bath Matts

We like HOTEL Collection very much so this Negative Review is due to your misleading advertising that the online sale includes "free shipping." Shipping to a UPS store for me to pick up on a day I am having surgery is not "free shipping." A follow up email saying the box I picked up was "delivered" was not DELIVERY when I have to drive out to a store to get it. I suggest if you don't want to deliver to the buyer's home address -- like everyone else does -- at least have the honesty to NOT claim free shipping and delivery. Macy's is too well established and reputable to be playing petty scam games with its customers. YOUR CUSTOMERS EXPECT BETTER SO DO BETTER!

Great mat

Heavy! Sturdy yet soft. Love stepping on it. It really holds water when you wash it, so you need a washing machine with some power.

Beautiful Rugs

I look for these reversible rugs everywhere I go as i absolutely love them. They are very hard to find so when i saw Macys had them I ordered them. I do wish the large one was longer, as I put it in front of a long double bowl vanity. The quality is excellent and they’re 100% cotton which makes them very soft under your feet. Love love love them. Most definitely I do recommend them.
