An acceptable alternative to protein shake

Im a woman in my 30s that go to the gym three times a week in order to stay fit. I have no strong fitness goals and thus do not count macros or take protein. I have tried protein shakes before to add to my protein intake but quit because I have no self discipline. All that being said, tastewise, I didnt mind this drink at all! The flavor itself is mild albeit VERY sweet. I know it boasts no added sugar but the drink is crazy sweet! Its a lot of product to mix in 16 ounces of water as well. Considering it also boasts having electrolytes, a serving has 320 mg of sodium so keep that in mind when taking this drink for health reasons. Would I purchase this product? Not really. I have no nutritional need for it. I'd pass this product on to someone who struggles ingesting their daily caloric needs, like the elderly, or someone who wants an alternative to creamy protein shakes.

Really easy addition to workout routine

I love this stuff! I’ve started leaving it in my car so I can mix up a drink right after a workout. I really like the taste, and feel like the jar is huuuuuhe. You’re getting a lot of product in there. Will definitely buy again.

Tasty!!

The On Pro Quench GF Strawberry was delicious. The flavor profile was strong and not overpowering. I used it right after my working out and it gave me the boost I needed to get through the rest of the day. It mixed well and did not leave clumps of powder.

Love this!

I just tried Optimum Nutrition Pro Quench in Strawberry Splash, and it’s seriously delicious! I mixed it with coconut milk instead of water, and it turned out perfect, super creamy, smooth, and the strawberry flavor blends amazingly with the coconut taste, its like a tropical twist. 20g clear protein + collagen + electrolytes, no chalkiness, mixes pretty well and doesn't taste like typical whey protein. Great post-workout refreshment, 10/10. Highly recommend!

Great flavor and no aftertaste

Great flavor with no bitter or nasty aftertaste. The scoop is large but mixes well, only a few little clumps that went away with additional vigorous shaking. I love that this has protein and electrolytes added. It’s going to be a game changer for mountain summits!! The tub is nice for home but I’d love to see some individual packets for on the go!

Great product!

Amazing! The flavor is a vibrant strawberry without the overpowering flavor of protein. I feel confident in the protein and collagen receiving from this product. It does foam a lot when you shake it, but it clearly explains that is normal on the bottle and to simply use a smaller container to shake. The texture is smooth and not grainy and chunky.

Great whey-based product to help increase overall

I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake in a healthy, balanced way, and this has been a great option. I like that it’s light and refreshing rather than a heavy, creamy shake, which makes it easy to drink during the day while I’m on the go. I typically just mix it with water, and it dissolves easily without much effort. Taste-wise, it’s not overly sweet which is great, and a huge pro is that it’s gentle on my stomach. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus after sweating. Overall, it’s an easy, sustainable way to get more protein without feeling weighed down. My preference would have been for a plant-based option versus being whey based, which is ultimate why I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5
