excellent, but . . .
I appreciate how cleanly this skillet cooks and how well it retains heat. However, I wasn’t ready for the weight — it’s SO heavy to handle — and it doesn’t perform as stick-free as I expected from an enameled cast iron pan.

Great looking skillet, however, very heavy so I had to return it.
Great Buy
Potato and egg with salsa was the first meal I cooked. The egg stuck a little but came off with a silicone spoon. There was a big difference in the quality of the meal compared to my old pan. Cooked zucchini next and it came out good as well. The pan and lid are very heavy but it’s nice to have a matching lid that fits perfectly. The enamel is a fancy elevation to the design. Cleaning was easy. As long as you take care of the pan, it will last.

Super easy to use and clean!
Love how easy this is to use and CLEAN! Most cast iron skillets require heavy seasoning in order to keep food from sticking but found that the special coating used for these doesn't require the same seasoning. Clean up was wasy too, no need for extra soaking.

Beautiful inside and out!
From the moment I open the package I was in love! The color is vibrant and compliments my kitchen perfectly. I’ve put it to the test a few times now and am very impressed. The food cools perfectly and cleanup is a breeze! I highly recommend this skillet! Perfect size for a full family meal or a couple of steaks for mom and dad! :)

Beautiful product
The pan looks beutiful and high quality. It heats evenly over medium flame with no need to use a higher setting. It worked great for sauteed vegies and fryed chicken, but fryed eggs got stock to the pan. Very easy to clean though. After making refryed beans the bottom became discolored. Like with anything, nothing is perfect and, as I become more familiar with its beaviors, I will learn to use it better.
