free gift with purchase its a scam

i order online n selected the pick up its show free gift with purchase but when i pick up my order there is no gift with purchase i call the help line ask the guy he say free gift until supply last and he told i have to call every week to check free gift with purchase is back in stock . so don’t believe in free gift with purchase
