Damaged stiletto

The stiletto is loose, might of been due to being shipped to the store. I recommend if you are purchasing this product to go to the store and open box there. This was a gift so when it was opened we all saw/notice it was damaged. I was bummed out but the person i had gifted did not mind. For the price i would expect no damage in the material.
