Received an Opened, Taped-Up Product

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent purchase. When I opened my delivery, I found that the actual product box inside the shipping carton was clearly opened before it was sent to me. As you can see in the attached photo the side of the navy blue product box is completely torn and sloppily held together with clear packing tape. How does a major retailer like Macy's even ship something in this condition? It is baffling that this made it past any sort of quality control in the warehouse. When I pay for a brand-new, retail-priced item, I expect it to arrive factory-sealed and pristine—not as a damaged, previously opened, or returned item that someone quickly taped back together. This is completely unacceptable. I am returning this immediately and expect a full refund. I seriously expected better from Macy's.
