Return my items or refund my money

I am very disappointed with how Macy’s handled my order. I spent over $500 on fragrances—one women’s perfume and three men’s perfumes—but I did not receive my full purchase. I only received a damaged package containing the women’s perfume and some clothing items I did not order. USPS said the package was damaged during transit, but I am still missing most of my order. When I contacted Macy’s customer service and visited the store, I was told it was not their responsibility and to contact USPS instead. As an immigrant working hard for every dollar, losing over $500 is very upsetting. I trusted Macy’s to support customers when issues happen. Now I am left without my products, without my money, and without help. Parfum

Excellent frangrance!! However, please get the Parfum not the Toilete. Other Toilete may work but not for this version. The Deodorant spay is like none other out there!! Plus, the travel parfum was a great bonus!!
