Scammed by Macy’s using DoorDash delivery service
DoorDash never delivered my package that was contracted by Macy’s. Why ever contract delivery with DoorDash? Picture of the package delivered was not at my residence. Nor could you tell anything about the delivery from the photo. Just a picture of the package. DoorDash customer support gave me overseas contracted call centers. No accountability! Called delivery driver by the name of Amir. He never answered the phone and number later in the day was disconnected. A total scam! I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office. Macy’s needs to stop contracting delivery with DoorDash immediately! I will not be purchasing from Macy’s ever again for delivery.
