comes in pieces annd the whole thing needs to be put together...even the drawers..you will need tools

Great piece if you like a challenge

I must admit that when I ordered this I did not think it would take as long as it did to assemble. I am very happy with the result though. Having read a previous review, I decided to tackle this 3D puzzle in stages. You will definitely need an electric drill to help with all of the screws (and there are a lot). I followed the instructions for the most part except that I decided to assemble the drawers first. So glad I did that because when I was done with the frame, I just popped them in. Important note: do not take the number stickers off the pieces until you are fully done. The drawers actually need to be put in according to the instructions. I am not gonna lie, this was exhausting and not for the faint of heart. The end result is great. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture and one I expect to last some time. I am using it to store linens so will not get the same use as a regular wardrobe.

Real hard to put together. Way too many little pieces. No offer of assembly. Took a professional 2 days to complete it. Will never buy this wau

Worst assembly process ever

I purchased two dressers from this manufacturer. I knew there was assembly but did not realize how involved it was. 28 pages of instructions, so many pieces, and hardware that is so so cheap. The screws don't screw in and quickly become unusable. Basically this is not a workable piece of furniture. I'm not sure how you return it when you are in mid- assembly but we are tempted ti just bring it all to a dumpster. Macys why are you selling this to your loyal customers? We expect better quality when we order from you!
