Arrived Broken

Arrived broken and I sent the two boxes back immediately. Waiting for a refund for almost a month. Had to call and ask again for a refund. Unbelievable.

Huge!

I purchased this item without reading the fine print. Self-Assemble. The items were left at my doorstep, 400 pieces! I feel like this is a fraud! Of course, I can not assemble anything.

Cluster and waste of 2 hours

Many parts/pieces. Parts not labeled well with directions. Only received box 1 and wasn’t aware of box 2 until we contacted Macy’s and then the third party. Box 2 was returned to 3rd party as not deliverable which is odd because we received box 1.
