Disappointing garment

I like the appearance of this garment, which is why ordered it online. Unfortunately, the bodice was too tight and the sleeves were too long! The next size up would have sleeves that were even longer. This is the second time I’vedisappointing ordered a top from this company and the first one didn’t fit properly either.
