Want to love it

I love the shape of this skirt on me but the quality is not what I would expect for this price point. The elastic in the waist isn't done properly and it rolls and twists making it fussy and uncomfortable. The waist is also way too tight for the size. I wear XL and in another style from the same designer it fits great.
