Good watch, Missing item

Ordered for a birthday gift. The watch itself is fine but I primarily ordered it for the heart shaped bag charm that is supposed to come with it. Now on pictures on the website it’s missing but in store and on other sites they have it. I’m not sure if they dont include it since it was an online purchase but that should be listed. Other than that the watch is as expected.
