misleading -- Information

Description states up to 10 year old...my 6 year is to tall for the vehicle.

Tire defect

I received this in late March and it’s already broken- reached out to company and they haven’t gotten back to me! Attached are clear photos showing the issue. The front tire became disconnected due to a loose lug nut that ended up inside the tire. This is a safety concern, especially for a children’s ride-on vehicle. The item was just purchased and delivered on March 21st, so this appears to be a product defect rather than normal wear and tear. Please review the photos and advise on the next steps. I would like a replacement or appropriate resolution as soon as possible.
