New Design is Fine
After a week I'm good with this coffee maker! It's easy to use, function buttons better then my older model. The differences? CLOCK -- its on only when the coffee maker is turned on and changes to "count down" for how long the coffee is on. (1-3 hours) TEMP -- Medium is great, HOT was too hot to drink right away. I like the swing out basket and the water well is easy to read.

Big improvement over other 12 Cup models
This coffee maker was purchased because it has three features I was looking for; primarily a removable reservoir, swing out filter basket and coffee brewing options. I am always hesitant to purchase anything where the reviews are incentivized but having had several Cuisinart coffee makers and many other Cuisinart product I decided to buy it anyway as I purchased a toaster oven at the same time. I am glad I did as thus far I am very pleased with the coffee it delivers as well as the ease of operation. It looks great also. The only complaint I have is the hollow handle on the coffee carafe. It fills with water when I put it in the dishwasher spilling over clean dishes if not carefully removed. Other than that I think this is a winner!

Great Everyday 12-Cup Coffee Maker
Overall, this is a great coffee maker that's very easy and straightforward to use. Beyond functionality, it also complements the kitchen and looks great on the counter! I really appreciate how customizable it is. In addition to the auto timer, it has a bold brew option that slows down the water flow to create a stronger cup of coffee. The self-cleaning feature is also a great bonus and very convenient. The only feature I wasn't a big fan of was the over-ice option. While it turns off the hot plate, by the time you fill the carafe with ice and finish brewing, the result is room temperature, diluted coffee. That said, it's not a deal breaker. Overall, I would still highly recommend this coffee maker from a trusted brand!

Cusinart 12 cup coffee maker
I really like this coffee maker, not only can it make 12 cups of coffee but the machine itself is very modern and I really like how it looks. I recommend to everyone looking for a good coffee maker. This one will definitely blow your mind and it works really good. It comes with a 3 yr warranty which is good as well.

Great!!
Wow I am so impressed by this coffee machine. It has so many features that I didn’t know I needed! I love that I can customize brew time so it is ready for me in the mornings. I also love the brew strength feature and the iced coffee option. Filling the water reservoir is easy because I can remove the reservoir. Overall this is an awesome coffee machine!

Tried-and-True with Nice Features
My longtime coffee maker was a Mr. Coffee with a swing-out basket. When it started having issues after 9 years, I knew I wanted something with similar features but a bit more premium.. nothing too gimmicky, but a better drip coffee maker. This machine met the criteria and had exactly what I was looking for! The swing-out basket is what I have always preferred, and the new removable reservoir is very easy and convenient to fill up. I love that you don't have to pull it out from the cupboard very far to do simple filling/prep. The control knob is easier to use than it looks, and I really like the Bold and Iced features. The machine uses cone filters, and the coffee tastes so much better! I must admit I was also considering a Ninja model with similar features, but you can't go wrong with Cuisinart's 3-year warranty and the tried-and-true reliability of its products. One thing I'll say is the machine is a bit deeper than I expected, but it still doesn't take up too much counter space. Overall very happy with my purchase!
