Arrived not as expected

The chocolates delivered to my home and unfortunately they were all melted, when unpacking they had an ice pack but I’m assuming the transit time was too long. It is, what it is but figured I write the review in case you think of buying chocolates in the mail I would side with caution. They delivered the day before valentines so I’m scrambling to find something to substitute it with
