Unhappy. What was ordered vs what was delivered

I have ordered dark brown color of this lovely looking belt twice and each time, the black color was delivered. I just received the last order yesterday and it was not funny. It's quite unlike Macy*s. I am still going to return it but, it's quite inconveniencing doing so, and disappointing that twice Macy*s have sent me what I did not order.
