Bed frame

One of the pieces is broken ! We e contacted support on the directions but no response ! We have mattress showing up soon and need that piece to fix it! If no response or no replacement I would never rebuy this item, I’ve contacted the maker of bed frame and they responded within a great time frame. Problem is that part is out of stock and potentially won’t be available for 3-4 months but they offered a partial refund !
