I chose these capsules for

I chose these capsules for convenience -- rather than creatine powder which has to be mixed in a liquid. Plus, these capsules are the only ones I have ever seen specifically for women age 40 and over.

Post Menopause and over 50

I haven't even finished the first bottle yet and have experienced a very noticeable increase in energy, improved mood, and weight loss. I love it and plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much for such an awesome product!

Pill form is preferred

I was happy to see that Active Creatine for her was available in a pill form. There are many other powders that I mix as drinks throughout the day and having one less was the reason I switched to the pill.
