Disappointing material

The tote looked so cute online. I couldn't wait to order it when it went on sale. I was so disappointed when I got it. The material looked and felt like high-quality plastic. It just felt cheap to me so it's going back.

It's very good quality and nice natural color but it is too big for me. I am only 5' 1" but will be good for anyone taller.
