Failure to deliver

I ordered a tote bag, listed as a Last Call so no refund. Macy's charged me for it. Was to be delivered on July 21st. Instead FedEx shipped it to another city and it disappeared. No notification from Macy's but I see on my account that they canceled it. What type of customer service is this?
