Lovely shoe. However…

I ordered size 7 in Tan. I received White. I was thinking about keeping them. They are a nice color for summer. However I received size 6. They arrived in a box for size 7 in Tan. I need to say the one star is not for the shoe. Wonderful well made out of quality materials pair. This is not the first time an order has been delivered from Macy’s with such discrepancies. Miss matched earrings, and even a used coat that still had the prior owner’s lipstick in the pocket. I will not buy online again. My luck the pair I want in the correct size will not be available in store.

Gorgeous Loafer

I've never worn loafers before, so I thought I'd give these a try. They are true to size, leather is supple as described and comfortable. As with any leather shoe, they're snug, but that leaves room to mold to your foot as you break them in, which is what you want. I plan to wear them on vacation, which I also plan to do a lot of walking.

5 Stars for LRL but 0 Stars for Macy

These loafers are absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, I ordered a size 7 in tan, and Macy sent me a size 6 in white. I returned them, but now my size is sold out so cannot re-order them and need to find them somewhere else. I'm so disappointed as I loved the quality and craftsmanship. What happened to quality control, Macy's? I've seen the exact same issue with another model of LRL loafers.
