Runs small doesn’t fit

I got the medium based on the size chart but it was not even close to the size chart it’s much smaller. It didn’t close on my chest. I was disappointed because the picture is so cute. It’s also true the material is so thin not worth the price seems like something I would buy from a cheap store not from here
