Beautiful classic blazer but sleeves are too long.

I was watching this blazer for several months and purchased it in sale. Overall it's a beautiful classic blazer. I'm broad-shoulded and typically have fit issues in shoulders. This one worked for me fine, I purchased size 10 and typically I wear size 8-10. The only issue I have is that the sleeves are a whole inch long and I am 5'7" and have long arms. So I wanted to return it but on the other hand it's my dream blazer, maybe I will alter the sleeves later.
