Add Water Error Persists
Unfortunately, after about 2 months of use, during which time it was making perfect coffee, "Add Water" error appeared, tried all suggested fixes, clean, descale, etc, the problem is still here. Coffee cannot be made on the pod side. Very disappointing.
Just Meh!
I bought this in November, the espresso side started acting up. Contacted them, finally got it figured out and after I cut the cord, they sent me a new one. This one isn't much better, when I close the coffee side it leaks.

Would not recommend
Do not purchase this item if you plan on making espresso for more than 1 year. The espresso function malfunctioned after 1 year of using it and past its warranty so they only offered 30% off. Why repurchase if it is just going to break again??Upon further research and looking at reviews, this is a VERY common issue. It appears Ninja has not been taking their feedback seriously and is not fixing this issue for this particular model. It was good while it lasted but not worth the money since it won’t last long!

This machine is a 2 in 1 solution!
I love Nespresso and I love Ninja's power (and known durability) which is why I was looking for a Ninja. (My auntie has one for about 10 years now!) Anyway, I've only had mine for a couple of weeks and here are my thoughts so far: Pro's: Coffee grounds and Nespresso orignal pods Large water tank Quick coffee and espresso maker Looks good Decent size, not too bulky Cons: Sometimes the pod gets jammed and you have to make sure you set it right Pay attention to lungo vs espresso because you will have an accident Pay attention to keeping the espresso pod flap down if you are just making hot water (it gets everywhere if not) Kind of loud (but not a deal breaker for me) Hope this helps!

Lasted just over one year
Lasted just over one year. The unit can no longer puncture the nespresso pods so it can’t make espresso any longer. Company offered 30% off only. Can not be serviced. I will never buy another Ninja. A horrible ripoff unit

Great when it worked
We used ours daily, until we couldn’t. About 13 months of use. Now it won’t power on. Zero lights. Known working outlet, nada. My guess is some sort of thermal fuse was tripped making it completely inoperable. Pretty sweet how the warranty lasts a year and not long after that year the entire thing is kaput, unfixable, and now a paperweight on my kitchen counter. Loved it while it worked but won’t buy again. If it’s failing for no reason at this point in time, it’s by design.

Disappointed
Didn’t even last a year, we get an error message and have to reset the clock every time to get it to work now. So disappointing, we love Ninja products and have a bunch of them. Not this one though.

Once Great, Now Not So Much
This has been the best of both worlds for a while but now the drip stop doesn’t work and my coffee maker just randomly flooded and spilled all over me!! It happened multiple times and I’m disappointed bc this machine was the best in my opinion.
