The doll house was great however it had been previously opened and one of the panels was damaged.
Great buy!
Mom of 3 here. Put it together with all the tools/supplies it came with. Pretty straight forward. Had it all assembled in under an hour. Maybe less if i didn't have 2 toddlers and a baby crawling all over me while working on it! The kids LOVE it!

Damaged Doll's House Part
A piece of the doll's house was broken when received (see attached) but fortunately didn't hinder assembly on Christmas Day but is certainly not the quality I have come to expect from Melissa and Doug.

What a Beauty, if only...
Got this for my twin toddlers, in general it's great but just having few issues. The door is broken, the elevator is stuck and there is a splinter coming off the front where your hands would move the elevator up and down (not safe at all). But if it wasn't for those things I still think it's an amazing piece to buy for your kids, so much room for imaginary play.

This doll house is amazing. It is very well made. The wood is smooth and the pieces are easy to put together. The design is perfect for little hands. I can't wait to give it to my Granddaughter on Christmas.

I would buy this again.
Both grands play with it. It was a gift for a 3 year old granddaughter but her 5 year old brother also loves it!!! Best gift ever.

Terrible installation design, cute dollhouse
The instructions are clear but the design of the bolts and barrels is seriously flawed. Some of the holes are misaligned making it impossible to put them together. Also the barrel moves as soon as you slide it into the hole making it very difficult for the bolt to catch since you have no way of seeing how the barrel is aligned. It's a design based on the ikea model but poorly executed. Also some of the wooden pieces are warped making it hard to fit together.
