Suzy Levian Sterling CZ Pave Eternity Band Ring

The stones are not secure in the band. I received and noticed same day the stones falling out. The stones also do not have a sparkle. I have purchased other Suzy Levian rings from Macys and they are absolutely gorgeous and hold up very well.

Beautiful ring but ring was too thick for my thin fingers. Too much of a gap on the sides between fingers.

I bought this ring and it was very pretty. After I wore it my fingers swelled up so I need to return this ring. How do I do that? I’m very upset that I have to return it but it’s way too tight. Can you give me directions on how to return this item.
