Beautiful Dutch Oven

The enameled dutch is beautiful, no flaws in the enamel. I've used it twice thus far and it cleaned up easily. Retains heat very well. I cook at home and take my dish to my sister's house about 7 miles away for a family dinner and the food stays piping hot. The 5.5 qt is a nice size although I did just buy a Le Creuset wide dutch oven to have more space to brown my meats/vegetables prior to adding my liquid. I previously had Staub cookware which was wonderful but I prefer the white/cream interior of Le Creuset since I can better see the fond developing.

Le Creuset does it again!!

This is a beautiful piece of cookwear That I know I will enjoy using over and over. The color choices are lovely and the pan, like all of Le creuset is so versatile and easy to use. I look forward to many fine meals with this new addition.

Meringue 5.5 Dutch Oven

Meringue 5.5 Dutch Oven is so beautiful. I love how this neutral color matches so well with my organic modern themed kitchen. The ombré effect of the enamel adds that extra touch. I also like that this is a piece which is going to last for years and can even be handed down. The size is versatile enough that you can make this for 2-6 people.
