Terrible shipping process

I put an online order for this North Face Parka on July 2, and paid extra money for 2-3 business days of shipping. I was expecting to receive it according what I paid before I go to travel on July 9. I also chatted with Macy's rep online to try to get the garment ship on time. Every effort is waste. I will receive it on July 13 as the tracking said. What money I waste to expedite shipping and what trust I waste on Macy's. How I have confidence to purchase from Macy's again.

Very Nice Rainjacket

Good looking jacket. A bit heavy for my needs, but I would definitely have kept it had I not needed a lighter weight jacket.

Interesting material

The rain parka is an interesting piece of wardrobe. The description cited it as adding warmth…. I disagree. The material is also very crunch so by purchasing the longer length, it just adds bulk, noise and general obnoxious material. It does look lovely, fits well and the color is Devine. Sadly I won't buy another and definitely would not recommend it to a friend.

Call me dry

I have wanted a rain coat my whole life and this one is perfect. Love the waistline and hood and will be perfect for our trip to Ireland my first north face product did not disappoint .

I love it!

I would size one down for this parka. I love it...but the medium was too large. It's a pretty color (teal) and I was desperate to find a waterproof jacket.....not just a water repellent/resistant type. It even has a hood to put up when it rains. I love the longer length too. No more short raincoats for me!
