Poor quality stitching
Bought Michael Kors black tote about a year ago and the stitching is coming undone on two areas near the top. Not the quality it used to be. Not acceptable for a MK purchase.

Gorgeous 100% leather bag
I love pebbled leather and feel like it holds up really well to regular use, so this is an ideal material for a bag in my opinion. The gold hardware looks classic and isn’t overpowering to the bag. I like that the bag has a zip so my belongings are secure inside.

Amazing and sleek bag with lots of storage
I was so excited to receive the Quinn tote. It is beautifully constructed and has a gorgeous texture. I use this for when I work remote at a coffee shop and have to fit my laptop, portable monitor, notebooks and headphones in my bag. This truly holds so much and is still very sleek, despite its large size. I really like the inside pockets. There’s no separator in the bag, so all your items will be on top of each other but I don’t mind that. My only real note is that for a such a large bag that you expect to carry a lot in, the straps can’t support the weight and it’s quite uncomfortable to wear for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, I truly adore this bag and its durability.

Great bag!
I had my doubts about this bag. Designer bags are always cute but not practical. But this bag is great! It is big enough to carry all my stuff to my son's football games and that is a win!

Poor
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The bag arrived damaged with visible black marks and scuffs on the bottom and sides. It looks like it was either used before or poorly handled during packaging and shipping. When buying from Macy’s, I expected a new item in perfect condition, not something that already looks worn. The packaging also did not properly protect the bag, which may have caused the damage. For the price paid, the quality control should be much better. I will be returning this item and hope Macy’s improves their inspection and packaging process so other customers don’t experience the same issue even though I personally chatted with the employee
