Decent But Would Like More Weight
Knives are decent. I would like a little more weight in the handle, because they feel a little bit cheap. But overall they seem like a nice addition to my knife collection.

Elegant Quality
After deciding that we needed to upgrade our cutlery. We purchased a Cangshan Knife block set. We thought what a beautiful set, very sharp. We then purchased a Cangshan Helena Cleaver set and Steak Knife set. These additional Helena Steak Knives have completed our Armory!

Love these knives!
For the last 8 years, we have purchased one set of steak knives after another. We used the Chicago Cutlery of our early marriage to cut sod on 3 different homes. They were useful. None of the others have been good for much. These knives are, however, exceptional. We love them. I think they may even make our steaks taste better! Wish they had a container to keep them safer from the grandkids.
