Cracking handles

The knives are beautiful, but they haven’t lasted us very long. Less than 2 years and the handles are cracking. We don’t own a dishwasher, so our knives have only ever been washed/dried by hand. I expected more longevity out of this set.

Almost too sharp

It’s an amazing difference from what we’ve been using for 15 years. The weight balance is fantastic. Watch out though, my wife already has a band aid on.
