8" Kuro is replacing my Wusthof

I've had an 8" Wusthof chef knife for years and it was my go to knife. I picked up an 8" Kuro a few weeks ago. I immediately loved the balance, ergonomics, blade geometry, and sharpness. It has quickly become my new go to knife and I use it daily. I don't understand the reviews that call out the point at the end of the handle as being uncomfortable. I have not found it to be a problem. My 8" Wusthof will be going to my daughter for her new home. I no longer need it since I have the Kuro.

Very sharp for manufacture

I am very happy with a knife other than the handle that is a little pointy and sometimes jabs my hand. I am very happy with this knife.

Always in the tool kit.

The blade and handle of this knife make it really nice for slicing and not rolling the edge. Less sharpening and always a smooth slice.
