Great coffee!

All I can say is I wish I had switched to Nespresso from Keurig sooner! I like the machine & I’m in love with the coffee & espresso. I make my own iced lattes & the milk frother is nice either hot or cold. Bought this machine as a gift to myself & I’m glad I did!

Not long lasting

Had for years it was great until about 3/4 years in then starting leaking everywhere and the pods became very expensive. Taste was ok for a pod but went back to regular coffee maker and noticed a huge improvement in flavor.

Nice little splurge

I bought this a few weeks ago, happy with my splurge. I dork drink coffee everyday so I want something special if I do. No more cleaning French press or coffee maker after every use. My new machine works great, easy to use. People complain about the noise but it doesn’t bother me. The results are on point.

Great for Specialty Drinks

The Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium brews a great espresso but I don’t love that it does not have the option for a regular coffee. Having everything frothed is great for specialty drinks, but the machine lacks versatility.

Worst model yet

I bought this to replace my 6+ year old machine because I wanted to be able to brew the larger coffee pod size. This design is by far the worst, to the point that I'm not sure what they were going for calling this a "new" model. - The open/close mechanism is difficult to use. Anyone with limited strength / mobility may struggle. - It's not tall enough for standard travel mugs. This is especially annoying since I bought it to make the larger brew size, but I can't fit a travel mug that fits that amount of coffee. - The bin for the used pods is very small, smaller than where it sits in the machine, so it overflows when you try to empty it. - It's incredibly loud. The first person to wake up and make coffee WILL wake up the entire house. - The water tank is smaller than earlier machines. Do NOT bother with this model. Despite being newer, it's a significantly worse design than earlier models.

I love my coffee maker. If you want a rich, foamy and hot coffee. You should definitely buy one. It fulfils its job, it is easy to clean, powerful.. And it works very well
