Desk piece and nothing more

Built this set with my son, and it falls apart to the touch. We wanted to enjoy this set, but it's nothing more than a set to put on a desk that can still fall apart

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're sorry to hear that the set isn't what you were expecting. This At-At™ was specifically made as a display piece. If you're having trouble keeping the set together, we'd recommend double-checking the build to make sure all the pieces are pressed together as tightly as possible and all of them are in the right place. If you'd like any help, please don't hesitate to get in touch via LEGO.build/Service.

Awful structuring

One of if not the worst official lego sets ever released in terms of how flimsy it is. Even on display, having to slightly move the STAND the entire ATAT comes off its horribly attached feet. This should not have been released in this state, it is absolutely not acceptable with how weak it is.

We're sorry to hear this build hasn't been the experience you were hoping for. If your set seems less sturdy than expected, it's worth giving the build another check. Sometimes a piece can be just slightly out of place, or bricks may need an extra firm press together. If you need a hand, feel free to reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service and our team will be happy to help get your AT-AT™ back on its feet!

We're sorry to hear your set fell apart after only a month. If you feel up for it, we'd recommend attempting to re-build your set. While you do this, try to pay extra close attention to making sure all the pieces are in the correct place and pressed tightly together. Other occasion to buy:Great product I just wouldn't buy it from Macy's

Poor packing and shipping

You guys ruined these boxes. You put tape with the receipt right under the box then you put the Lego boxes in a soft shipping bag horrible way to ship these many people collect them. They don't just build them I'm a collector and also disappointed when the box showed up and horrible condition.

Polite gray giraffe, terrible at getting the paper

I bought this four-legged mechanical camel expecting it to help me fold my laundry, but all it does is stomp across the living room rug making subtle pew-pew noises at my toaster. Assembly took 525 tiny plastic biscuits. I tried feeding it one to see if it would gain sentient power, but my cat intercepted it and declared war on Sector 4 of the kitchen. The Walker now guards the ice maker with its life. Pros: Terrifying defense against rogue dust bunnies. Fits seamlessly into my living room decor if my decor is "Hoth during a blizzard." Cons: Refuses to walk the dog. Unreasonably sensitive to tow cables wrapped around its ankles. Overall, 10/10. Would accidentally step on piece #342 in the dark again.
