I am not happy

I ordered this dress on Size 10 petite, and still didn’t fit me right, it’s too long and too tight on the backside. I’m frustrated because I need a dress for my son’s wedding and I found that this dress can’t be returned. When I ordered it didn’t have the legend “no return” when I checked the order the legend was there and I try to cancel it unsuccessfully. That’s so frustrating :/
