Was received damaged

I bought a Gorman farm house Tv stand entertainment center for 75 media console was 10 days ago at the assembly time was found a big damage at the corner

Low quality materials used.

I have purchased two items from this seller, a bookcase and tv stand. I have received the bookcase first, I was so disappointed with quality of the the materials that used in bookcase, and hoped better quality with TV stand, I am even more disappointed when I tried to assemble it. The wood is such a poor quality, any reason if you over screw a bit harder, that screw is gone. That part loose the thread. You can never insert anything there. The wood density is so so poor. The doors and drawer are so closely designed, left side of the door and drawer always touch when we try to close. One of the door latch came damaged (bent). I hope I will get the replacement, I have contacted the seller with a picture, got auto reply. I would never buy anything from this seller nor recommend to anyone especially if someone is looking for a quality product.
