Bad Quality & Service
First off — the picture is not what was received. The handles are not black but are indeed cheap gold plated. The box was received opened and damaged. Parts were scuffed and scratched and pieces were missing. Macy’s online customer service refused to help me because the item was sold and shipped by a third company. As if that is my fault. When you purchase from Macy’s you expect to receive the same quality and customer service regardless of the supplier. Worst quality and customer service I have ever experienced from Macy’s. I guess I will be taking my platinum status to another company.
