Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede Cologne Review!

As a male (35), I think this is a beautiful scent for a breakfast or lunch date. It’s that luxurious fruity/floral soapy vibe that has me constantly smelling myself, and it just makes me feel more elevated. This one projects a little more than some of the others I’ve smelled from the line. You get that juicy red apple up front, then it settles and the rose and jasmine come in, giving it a clean, airy feel. My only dislike is the projection didn’t last long on me, I only got about 4 hours. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a fragrance that does not last long on longevity but still want a beautiful fruity/floral scent for errands, breakfast/lunch dates!

No Dooneese! Just Three Sisters Getting Along.

I purchased the three cologne gift set: Peony & Blush Suede, Wood Sage & Sea Salt, and Nectarine Blossom & Honey. All three can absolutely stand on their own, but Wood Sage is the anchor that takes everything up a notch. The best way I can describe it? Think The Maharelle Sisters from Saturday Night Live. Each one has her moment, but somehow, when paired right, everything just works. Wood Sage is Holly, it’s the one that makes the others look even prettier when layered. Pair it with Peony or Nectarine and you get the extra polish and balance. And thankfully there’s no Dooneese here.
