Stones fell out

Upon purchasing the ring i loved It because it was small and perfect for everyday wear. After 3 days of wearing it, only 3 stones remained. I dont do any hard labor, play sports or anything that would make the stones fall out. I dont Even know when they fell out until i realized it today while shopping. The sad thing is i was So happy with the ring when i first got it that i purchased 2 more with different colors and now im waiting for them to be delivered so i can return them. Very disappointed. Such a cute design but very poor workmanship.
