Broken Chair, Poor Service

I bought these chairs, and when they arrived, the leg of one chair was broken. We contacted Macy’s, and they told us we had to take it to the post office ourselves, ship it back, and pay for the shipping cost as well. This was very difficult for me, and I was not able to do that. They said they would email the company and within a week either refund the money for the damaged chair or send a replacement chair, but neither of those things happened. In the end, we paid for four chairs and only received three usable ones, and nobody properly helped us with this issue. Because of this experience, I do not recommend buying these chairs.
