Disappointed

I really wanted to love these, but once we put together the first chair and sat on it, we did not feel confident it would last. Didn’t feel very sturdy and with three big teenage boys, I have to return. Please note that the return process involves obtaining return labels and taking the item(s) to a UPS store. The labels will take up to 7 days to be generated and then you can ship them back. You will need to hold onto your packages for at least an extra week. Had I known the process would be so arduous I would not have purchased. This is why we NEED real furniture stores so we can try things out before buying. Online is so hit-and-miss
