Disappointed

I just received the black vest yesterday only to see that it has deodorant stains on the inside front panel of the vest and one of the loops that connects the halter straps to the button is broke and frayed. The crazy thing is whom ever tried this vest on didn’t understand the hook function and worse that Macy’s had the nerve to send out a defective product that should have been look at before they crammed it into a bag and sent it out. Now I have to go deal with customer service that barely gets it right.

I want a smaller size

I love ❤️ the outfit but it runs a little too big. I'm 185 lbs, 5'4 and shapely. I really dont like Macy's policy when you order online, you cannot do an even exchange, (its not like you can try on before buying) you have to pay the higher price for an exchange. simply not customer service oriented. More like a transaction: you saw it and it said large but it comes XXXlarge...you got to keep it!

Very pretty, but unfortunately, I don’t want to spend more money on a tailor. If you’re small chested this is not the vest for you.
