Disappointed Member

I brought these shoes this week while on vacation here in Chicago. The shoes were comfortable and nice. But the costumer service was horrible down on the first floor with the ladies in customer service. Orland Park Macy's need more workers and kind nice people who are willing to help and serve with out a attitude. The manager up stairs was very friendly, kind, professional and willing to serve and make us happy. Even though she was the only one nice..We still don't recommend or we won't ever return to this Macy's ever again.

Steve madden sandals

They sent me the display model that everyone has tried on; I am very upset about this. I received it today, and I am returning it today as well. I wish I could post a picture of it.

Horrible Company

I never received because the shipper canceled the order. Macys advised they did not know the reason and told me I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. How do you charge a person for merchandise they didn’t receive due to no fault of their own?! I’ll NEVER shop at Macy’s again.

The perfect summer sandals. I just got them, so they are a little stiff at first, but like any other shoe; just a matter of wearing them out. They’re stunning and so comfortable
